The President as the supreme commander of the state should be the arbiter of the dialogue or shaper of opinions? What do you think of the role of the President in the dialogue? Is he just managing the dialogue? Is he a side? Arbitrator? Or is he being steered? Do you believe chairing the dialogue would allow him to put forth a viewpoint even if it contradicts the opinion of any of the participants? |
